Chapter 13 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code allows you to restructure your debt and set up payment plans with your creditors. Chapter 13 allows you to set up a 36 month, 48 month or 60 month repayment plan. If you stay current on your obligations during the repayment period, all your debt will be relieved.
